Provenance: Purchased from new and stored in a purpose build temperature and humidity controlled cellar ever since. Only 7 people have held the coveted title of cellar master at Perrier Jouet in the 200-year history of Perrier Jouet, Herve Deschamps a relative newcomer having only held the job for 25 years. Even more celebrated than the Belle Epoque is the Rose blend. A blend of 50% Chardonnay from the finest Grand Crus, the pale hue comes from an addition of 11% still Pinot Noir. Majestic and pure.
