Church Road Vineyard, Hawkes Bay TOM Cabernet Savignon Merlot: Named in honour of Hawke’s Bay pioneer, Tom McDonald, Church Road TOM wines are only produced in outstanding vintages. Situated in the Bridge Pa Triangle Wine Growing District, Redstone Vineyard is one of the warmest vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, perfect for the cultivation of later ripening varieties. This site typically produces ripe, supple and very aromatic wine with an amalgam of red and black fruit and lifted floral fragrance. It is complemented by fruit harvested at the Gimblett Vineyard, which produces dark fruit with a firm tannin structure, enhancing drive and definition on the palate.
