Henry Proctor Otago Countryside Scene Watercolour Signed 375 x 220mm Henry Procter (1914–2009) was a British artist and educator born in St Annes-on-Sea, England. He is best known for his nostalgic deckchair scenes, coastal paintings of the St Annes foreshore, and depictions of the Lake District.Procter balanced a dual career as an artist and an educator, eventually becoming Vice Principal of the Blackpool College of Technology and School of Art in 1960.
