Exceptional WW1 NZ Gallipoli Campaign Group to Two Brothers Both Died August 1915 - Trios & Plaques & Token of Honour

A poignant and exceptionally hard to find group of medals to two brothers both killed within days of each other in the Galipoli campaign. Lawrence Cadogan O'keeffe 9/68 Sergeant of the 5th Otago Hussars was wounded in action on the 10th of August at Chunuk Bair and Died of Wounds at sea on the 11th of August. Present is his Trio - Named Correctly - His Memorial Plaque - His Gallipoli Medallion & a Token of Honour in 9ct Gold from Strath Taieri Residents. Victor Alfred O'keeffe 7/766 Was a tropper in the Canterbury Mounted Rifles. He was wounded in action at Hill 60 on the 21st of August and Died of Wounds at Sea on the 23rd of August. Present is his Trio - Named Correctly - His memorial Plaque, officially rennamed at the time ( not surprising with last name like O'Keeffe a spelling mistake was made)
