Additional information: Both written in the original French. Marbling of front boards, both in excellent condition with little to no sun damage or damage to any of the front boards. Green leather spine with gilding in excellent condition, especially considering age. Marbling of pages. Vol 1: Missing illustration page, been ripped out. Foxing and general age worn. Vol. 2: Excellent condition aside from age foxing to pages Books are sold as is, including any faults, and have not been collated. This means pages, plates and maps have not been checked, and sets are not guaranteed complete unless stated. Edition, printing and signature details are given in good faith and are not guaranteed unless stated in the description.
